Ahh... so many people!
Ok, here comes my critique... youre gonna hate me. xD (just skip the part if youre not taking critique)

First... those edges on the charas look a bit pixely, which is easily to smoothe in the modelviewer settings. [link]
Second... the light source isnt exactly the same on all characters (the helicopter for example) but i think that just happened because you turned it around after doing them.
Third... shadows! The shadow of the draenei doesnt really match the position where her hooves touch the ground, and its overlaying with the shadows of the other people instead of becoming one with them. Shadows overlaying eachother is a case that should only happen when there are more than one light source, but then each chara has to have two shadows aswell. Heres my crappy shadow tutorial: [link]
To the charas: put the big druid bear somewhere behind so he doesnt stand in the line of sight for the other charas sitting on the ground behind it.
One last thing, give the pic some ambience light (some blue / turquoise in this case) to melt the characters with the background. Might aswell be a warm and orange tone, as it looks like this whole party really happens at dawn.
Btw, add some campfires or braizers for an extra comfy feeling.

Thanks DD :) I am a monkey with a paint brush and experiment to make stuff. I'll keep them in mind.

1- thanks!
2- Yep, I flipped it around after.
3- Learned something new about shadows :)
